How do I reset my Critical Path password?

Use this secure reset page for the email address you use to sign in. The page gives the same response whether or not that address has an account, so it does not reveal account membership.

1. Check that inbox, plus its spam or quarantine folder, for a Critical Path reset message.
2. Open the single-use link within 30 minutes and choose a unique password of at least 12 characters.
3. Sign in again with the new password. Resetting it signs out your other devices.

If a link expires, request a new one from the same page. If no message arrives, confirm the sign-in address and email support@quadrant.works with a redacted description. Support cannot view or set your password. Never share your password, reset link, or one-time code with anyone.
