How do I connect and test Slack in Critical Path?

Slack delivery and the /critical-path command are separate connections. A successful channel test proves that one test message reached the configured destination. It does not prove that a due action will send a reminder or that the command is installed.

Check the destination
1. In Critical Path, open Settings → Connections → Slack. Review the connection status and exact channel shown.
2. Send one test message and confirm it appears in that destination. If it does not, reconnect the intended workspace or ask its administrator to check the app installation and channel access.
3. For a scheduled reminder, confirm the action has the intended owner and due time, Slack is selected for that action, and workspace quiet hours allow delivery. Check the destination at the due time. A connection test is not a substitute for this check.

Use the command safely
If your workspace has installed /critical-path, create a one-time link code in Quadrant AI and link your Slack identity in a private conversation. Workspace changes require a second six-digit confirmation. Use STOP or the in-app unlink control to revoke command access.

If a test or scheduled reminder still fails, email support@quadrant.works with the approximate time and time zone, the expected channel, and the test result. Do not send tokens or webhook URLs.
