Can Critical Path send scheduled WhatsApp reminders today?

Not yet. The QuadrantWorks WhatsApp business number is connected, and we have verified a signed incoming message and a reply within the customer-service conversation. That does not enable a scheduled, business-initiated reminder.

The Critical Path reminder template is still in Meta review, and Meta has not confirmed business-message billing readiness. We will make WhatsApp reminders available only after both gates pass and a real scheduled delivery reaches its intended recipient. There is no confirmed activation date.

What to do now
1. Use a reminder channel shown as ready in Critical Path Settings → Connections. For email, check your own account or workspace-member address; support@quadrant.works is the sender, not the recipient.
2. If you use Slack, verify the exact destination with a test and separately confirm a due action is routed to Slack.
3. Respect quiet hours, and check an actual due-time delivery before relying on any channel for a critical deadline.

When WhatsApp reminders become available, each person must consent and link a phone number they control with a one-time code. STOP revokes the link. An ordinary reply to a recent incoming WhatsApp message does not prove that scheduled reminders are active.

If your Connections screen disagrees with this guide, email support@quadrant.works with the status shown and approximate time. Do not send your one-time code, API tokens, or message contents.
